Quick Align

I have used this mechanic for years and Steve the owner is always honest and won't try to talk you into purchasing a bunch of unnecessary work just to make him extra money.  His prices are fair and the work is excellent.  He stands by his work and will make the job right no matter what.

Steve Williams, the owner/manager, was very responsive and professional.  I got a very timely appointment and was loaned the "shop car" to not have to wait in the waiting room the three hours it took for the work to be done.  Steve took me to the shop to show me the wear on the brakes and make recommendations before the brake work was done.  He did not try to sell me an entire brake job when all that was needed was the rear brake discs and pads.  I believe the price was fair; they reportedly used high quality replacement parts which cost more initially but will likely save time and money in the long run.
I will definitely use Quick Align of New Braunfels in the future.

Great service and will definitely use them in the future. Super nice and will not rip you off like a lot of other car repair shops. Single women: I definitely recommend that you can go here without any worries.

Quick Align is in a different city from where I live but the positive reviews on Angie's List made me feel the extra mileage getting there was worth it. I feel my vehicle was diagnosed correctly, recommendations were made, a accurate estimate was given, and the work was completed on time. I was very impressed with the customer service and feel that the work was done in a professional manner. I feel that when you have work done on your vehicle's steering you better feel confident that the work will be done according to the 'book' else you could have a life threatening accident if it were not. I felt that confidence with Quick Align. Steve and Jerrell showed the type of customer service you wish you get everywhere. I will definitely start taking all my vehicles to Quick Align for service. I gave them a call the evening before I took it in and had an appointment for 9:30 AM the next day
they rechecked to make sure the battery was dead - then informed me about that it was inded dead and
only 2 years old, they also gave me choices on different heavy duty batteries for my Honda Odyessy, and
I made the decision, and they then iinstalled it, I was offered coffee and/or water and given the remote
to the TV and 1 hour later I left! They gave me $40. off because the old battery was only 2 years old!!!
I I always recommend them!!!

We were told when to expect the completed work.
The service people were knowledgeable and friendly.
We picked up the car on time and everything worked as it should.

We have been using QuickAlign for seven years. We have lived in San Antonio, Canyon Lake and now New Braunfels. We would travel the distance from SAn Antonio or Canyon Lake due to the service. Steve, the propietor, guarantees his work and they keep you informed as to auto specific issues. Example: we have 2001 Toyota Camry with very low miles. The Camrys need to have the timing chain replaced at 90K miles because they are made of plastic and will break. Due to engine design if they break you can figure on several thousand dollar rebuild. We have another 40K miles to go. I have sent my parents to them, and they live in San Antonio, and they now travel the distance to use this company. We have bought a couple of used cars and we always have QuickAlign check them out before purchasing. They have saved us countless times and occassionally done the check for free. They take extremely good care of their customers and his staff is well trained and professional.
