 + -1 moreChris was very accommodating as far as coming in to do the work when I needed it. He always called to say he was on his way. He works fast and kept me apprised as to what was needed and how much time it would take, such as allowing the texturing to dry and when he could come back to paint. Due to other trades having to complete their work, Chris put me back on his schedule to do touch-up work. He also repaired the kitchen ceiling when the electrician had to move the three island lights since they were not centered and retextured and painted the area. There was quite a bit of touch up work to be done since Chris didn't do a good job of painting a second coat in the kitchen. I would not use Chris for painting in the future. His specialty is sheetrock.
Description of Work: Handled the installation of sheetrock for a major remodel including large kitchen, powder bath and laundry room. Also, textured all the walls to match the rest of the home and painted. As a homeowner who is acting as my own contractor, it was good to find someone to do a good job, who is reliable and professional. Chris Wood is a small business owner who takes pride in his work and has many years experience. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him. I found I saved money by not having to pay a contractor's fee and hiring the trades directly.
