Very unreliable. Did not show for appointed time and did not call to say he would not be there. When I called him, he gave personal work being done at his house as reason for not showing up. When I asked why he did not call and let us know, he got smart and said he had apologized three times and that was all he could do. Cancelled service call.

It turns out that it was not a short. The disposal had been clogged up. I am glad that it was not a short. However, when they came to repair the disposal. They did a very great job. They fixed it very well. The disposal is now working properly. I have not had any problems with the disposal since then. They gave me some pointers so that this will not occur again. I thought the man who came was very nice and respectful. He was not here very long. But, the little time he was, he was wonderful.

The technician returned my call promptly and followed up with an estimate for replacing a new computer in my stove panel. His prices were a little high, but he explained the reason why the burners werent heating up, and his work guarantee. The stove repair was scheduled as soon as a day was agreed on and the technician showed up on time. He brought in his tools and ran a diagnosis on the computer panel and put on a new computer. He did a real good job, was experienced and knowledgeable and cleaned up very well.

THE SERVICEMEN WERE VERY CAREFUL OF OUR FLOOR & APPLIANCE AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY ALSO RECOMMENDED REPLACING THE HOSE TO THE WATER/ICE DISPENSER BECAUSE THE ONE ON THE FRIDGE WAS NOT DURABLE. THEY REPLACED IT WITH A COPPER PIPE.
