I saw this was a new business and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I REGRET it. I hired them to clean out my hot tub that needed a new filter and water to be changed out. I wanted my hot tub to be cleaned and ready to go. The service technician was nice, but I will not be using this company again. All of the dirt and sand is still in the hot tub after their service. The hot tub cover and the rim surrounding the hot tub are extremely dirty and were not cleaned. (I?ve had another company do the exact same service, and it was sparkling clean afterwards.) (I do not expect anything for free. I was trying to give a new company a chance, and I won?t make this mistake again.) I have included pictures to show the remaining debris in the hot tub and how I had to clean the inside and outside cover to get it ready.)
