Someone told me about Pampered Petz and I visited the shop and asked the usual questions. I scheduled my dogs for grooming a few days later but had to reschedule their appointment because I became ill. I took them in for their appointment and I could not be more pleased! They were very, very busy that day, but my dogs are very well groomed, soft and look just great! The staff is very friendly and listened to my needs and answered my questions. I will definitely take my dogs there again for grooming! Bravo and thank you for the fabulous job you did!

The owner and groomer were both very professional, and the bather was thorough in handling a badly matted coat on my Wheaten Terrier. The groomer listened carefully to my concerns both during the phone call to make the appointment and at check in. I had asked that they take the time necessary to avoid shaving my dog, and they did. The extra fee to compensate for the brushing and combing necessary was reasonable, and before doing work that would require the fee I was called and it was discussed. When I picked up the dog, the style of the clip was not what I expected, but the owner invited me back in a few days to have the clip adjusted to my liking at no additional charge.
My dog left the shop happy, and he will be glad to return. No ill effects from careless trimming, hot trimmers on the rump, or any of the other things that can happen in many shops. I have had only one experience here, but I am expecting to be a regular customer. This is a customer centered business, home owned, and I wish them only the best.

The shampoo and ear cleaning were done well, but we felt cheated out of the full service.

They are very competent and responsive. The price is reasonable. They are timely.
