Better than expected. Job was completed in less than an hour. Individual was courteous and well spoken.

I called at New Braunfels Electric at 8:00 am. The owner, Richard Owen, answered. I reported the whole house lost electricity every day between 4pm and 5pm, heat of the day, temperature over 100 degrees. He suggested I get AC checked first (no cost to me since I have an AC maintenance contract), then he would take it from there.
I called him again at 2pm to report the AC checked out OK. He arrived at 4pm to size up the job. He set up an outage with utility (earliest he could get was next morning). His crew fixed the problem next morning.
I gave him a B for price and quality since I don't have a good basis to evaluate and give him an A. I'm satisified with price and quality.
