Not only a great service, but amazing people!! My father recently passed, and I inherited his neglected (filthy) house. After removing the junk, most of the carpet had to go. However, the carpet in the master bedroom was recoverable, though riddled with stains, smells, and tars (most of which from the dogs). A friend suggested New Braunfels Carpet Repair so I reached out explained the situation, and got a quote better for a better price than other companies (the whole job came out to $300, which is $200 better than the second-best quote I received). When he showed up a week later he was quick and kind answered all my questions with a smile, and didn't seem to mind the chaotic state of the home. All the patches met expectations (only noticeable if intently looked at). Overall, an amazing experience; the least I could do is leave this review
