Molly Maid of NE San Antonio and New Braunfels

The cleaning people arrived on time which was a nice change from our previous cleaning service. The ladies were friendly and professional and after receiving instructions of what was expected, got right to work. Things such as ceiling fans and baseboards were cleaned which the previous service never did. They did an excellent job and are very happy we gave Molly Maid a try. We hope to keep their service for a long time.

Have been using Molly Maid for over two years now, and am thoroughly pleased with the personnel.

The two person team was just great. Very friendly and worked hard for two hours. Only issue was that the arrival time was "afternoon". We had to be present from noon until arrival, which was around 1600.

It's been great! excellent! the first day they came out, I asked for them on permanent schedule, and they were both very good. Laurie, and Mercedes, work very diligently and i would consider them professional to a T.

It went very well. The women who came out were on time, very nice, and very professional.

Laurie and Mercedes's service was excellent was all the way around. Katherine called me the day before the confirm my appointment. We are hiring them for our weekly cleaning. The only thing negative I would say is they haven't called me back in regards to scheduling the weekly service.

They were ok. They come in and out, found some one that pays more attention to detail. It took 2 workers 2 or 3 hours to complete the work.

It went very well. The maids were on time and they did an excellent job.

They do good work, but make sure you get a time schedule before securing contract. It take them about 2 1/2 hours, workers are great. They could offer to monthly customers morning appointments.

On time frame stated and did there job well. Was pleased. Molly Maid did leave a form to be filled out meet due to my hiatus issues, I failed to do it.

Crew arrived within window of time, good attention to detail.

They were on time and did a very efficient job at house used them for about 3 years and would not hire anyone also.

Veronica & Ericka arrived in the allotted time frame. They worked efficiently and performed services to our satisfaction. We have not had any problems with Molly Maid personnel.

Cleaning crew arrived mid morning, clean dusted the entire house-very professional and very good. Service is performed every two weeks.

Arrived at time slightly later than expected and failed to call ahead as usual, did thorough job and left house smelling fresh and looking clean. Has been very dependable overall. Used the service for about a year, workers friendly, efficient and honest.
