 + -1 moreMission Homes showed us floor plans and we picked out the design we liked best. The sales representative was very helpful and courteous. Their prices were very good and they explained the home warranties and the building process. The ground breaking was scheduled as soon as the permits were available, and construction began on time. The home was built in the time frame promised and the builder and work crews did an excellent job. The home is a good quality construction and the cleaning crew cleaned it up very well.
Description of Work: The builder built us a brand new three-bedroom two-bathroom home, consisting of two thousand five hundred square feet. He set the building process in motion and got the work crews ready to go. They dug and poured the foundation, installed the rough plumbing, poured the floors and put up the walls and after they finished the outside construction they installed the windows. Then they moved to the interior and put up the sheet rock, textured the walls and ceilings, painted and installed the bathroom fixtures and cabinets. The carpet and tile were laid and the interior was completed. They finished off by pouring the driveway and patio, landscaping the yard and planted shrubs and trees.
