He was unable to find the zone that was giving a problem. His diagnostic ability is extremely limited and was not completed. He was told that the zone was 4 at the meter. Since he was unable to fix the problem, then I would guess that I would not be happy, but I paid him anyway. He did call and left a message that he would be in the area the next week, but when I was finally able to call back, no answer. He never called back.

I explained that I couldn't wait 10 days to have repairs made, as the work was required at a rental property and the leak needed to be fixed ASAP. John worked some magic and offered me the option of being his first call any of the next 3 days - which would guarantee a time frame of 8-9 am so I could have an exact arrival time for my tenants. On the agreed day, John arrived on time as promised. He called me with a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be performed and gave me a estimate based on time and materials. The price I paid was the price I was quoted - it was extremely reasonable - and I couldn't be more satisfied! You can bet I will be using John and Medallion Sprinklers whenever the need arises!
Mark changed out two sprinkler heads to improve spray coverage, straightened one supply pipe, adjusted spray pattern and coverage boundaries on two other sprinkler heads, checked programming functions of master controller and verified location of backflow regulators and shutoff valves. This in addition to a 18 mile roundtrip service call.
