All this started around the beginning of August this yr. with an initial visit myself to their business and explained what I was looking with no response for for...(imitation counter tops)... after first encounter I sent several emails with no response for 3-4 days for they were supposed to send someone to take measurements... Well finally received email from Tami who explained to me they would send someone in few days early next week because they were short handed at the time... (during that same week was sent estimates prior to the email saying they would send tech the following week...etc. After technician came & left I sent email confirming ythe completion of measurements made & was waiting to HEAR from them what was next to happen and I've been waiting ever since with no follow-up by phone or email... ;( (the only thing I could deduct from this is possibly they were maybe unhappy 'cause I decided to have them make the counter top & I wasn't having them install it....so decided not to act professionally by not keeping in contact with me etc...?) -My only advice to anyone who might be considering using their services:... DO NOT USE THEM as you will have a bunch of unneeded HEADACHES & in my opinion it's not worth it.... Guess I should've checked first if they have any reviews.... but did do so after the fact & couldn't find any reviews at all...?! I'll leave the rest to your imagination... ;) ....I 'll put it simply: "JUST STAY AWAY" from this outfit... & Good Luck otherwise... ;)
Description of Work: Sent technician to take measurements of counter tops....(after waiting more than week waiting to have some show up...) Then he was almost two hrs. late but did call to say he was running late 'cause he ran out of gas on the way... ;)

THE PEOPLE AT MARBLE MASTERS WERE EXPERIENCED SKILLS MEN. THEY WERE DONE WITH THE WORK WITHIN EIGHT HOURS. THEY CALLED BEFORE THEY CAME AND THEY LEFT THE AREA CLEAN.
Description of Work: MARBLE MASTERS PLACED THE SILESTONE COUNTER IN MY KITCHEN. THEY CAME IN AN DID SOME CUSTOM WORK.
