Job went well. Very happy with work.

It was a horrible experience and I was so disappointed. I hired them to do some simple work, and when it was not done properly and I called them back - I could not reach them.

I called on Thursday and they came out on Friday 5/13/11 as scheduled. They were very responsive.

They were very professional, and my experience with them was positive. The price was good. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Chris and his crew did an excellent job. Very well mannered young man, honest and explained everything he did.Very sturdy built deck, with hand rails that we didn't even ask him to do, prices were reasonable, just a good experience all around.

The work was good or may a little more than good. His personality was super good and attitude was very good and helpful. The estimate on the chimmey repairs was more than I think they should have been.

The experience was wonderful. Not only were they among the lowest of the estimates, they were the only company that payed close attention to what we were asking for. Because of our long hours, we were lucky enough to find someone we trusted leaving in the house without supervision. They took great care of our wood floors and were a dream to work with. We can't believe how gorgeous our house looks!

They did a terrific job of repairing the front door and fixing the bathroom wall. The door looks like brand new now.

The painting went very smoothly. These fellows did a terrific job of preparing the area beforehand to protect floor surfaces and such. The bathroom faucet had a slow leak on the hotwater side and should have been an easy fix, but turned out to be a real headache. After Chris got the part to fix the faucet and installed it, the cold water side began leaking. The inside of the faucet was in such bad shape that Chris thought we should just replace the entire thing. He left saying that he would go shopping overnight. The next morning he showed up without a faucet and explained that they sold for around $200. So in order to save me money, he went through the tedious process of repairing the internal mechanism. It works perfectly. I was so impressed with everything about Lone Star Repairs and Remodeling that I hired them to do another job.

He did a great job and suggested finishing some trim work as well. We agreed to let him do that. By the time we got around to inspecting the work he had also fixed a sticking back door, caulked several window leaks and re-painted all the floor trim. All of that without additional cost. We were very pleased with his performance. He went above and beyond.
