We thought the price was a bit high, but couldn't find anyone else local with experience in this work. We were a bit hesitant as there was some bad publicity from another area homeowner, but Bobby had some good references and has done a lot of work in the area. We were not disappointed. Local Landscape did a good quality job. We only had a few hiccups getting the water line unclogged, but everything was taken care of as promised. We have a beautiful place to sit and watch the kids play in the lake, with a ceiling fan to cool us off........and a nice path through the grassy area to the water.
Description of Work: Built a gazebo with full columns, no seats, metal roof using native stone boulders, oklahoma thin patio stone floor. Ran electricity & water from house down to gazebo. Built a walkway from gazebo to lakefront using 5 tons of Oklahoma thin patio stone & 15 yards of crushed gravel. Includes seeding with native grass seed in area. Made a nice walkway transition from existing stairs to the gazebo, with a nice planter area filled in with yucca & river rock.
