Very well! They found a comparable heater-- when it was unpacked at our house it was found to be factory damaged. We decided to go with it. They jumped through hoops and got us a very good discount plus a sound warranty. they continued to work with us after the fact making sure the heater's manufacture contacted us with written warranty agreement. Etc.

LPI is a family business and this shows in their responsiveness. I got a quote from Linda, which was less than half of what I had been quoted elsewhere. Linda was great and helped me through understanding the size of tank I needed and what was involved. I am new to LP gas so it was reassuring to have someone honest help without trying to steer me toward a more costly option. The installation was performed by Michael, he was friendly, very competent and took great care to not damage my lawn which takes some skill and experience at the controls of a backhoe! The install was extremely difficult as Michael ran into sold rock immediately and had to break it up. The job took way longer than would be expected because of the rock, but Micheal followed through and completed everything carefully and professionally. He was very helpful making sure my gas heater was not only connected but turned on and worked as it should. I would highly recommend LPI for your propane installation.
