I was very pleased with the quick response. I received a phone call within 24 hours of going on The Home Advisor website from Legacy Landscape. Rocky was very nice and prompt in responding to the neighbors tree in my yard, that knocked my fence down, during a storm with high winds. His removal rate was reasonable and they were in and out in a few hours. 1 concern is they left the piece of the trunk in the ground that was not uprooted and I am afraid another tree may grow out of it. I would use them again, and am recommending them to the owners of the property the tree came from.

VERY UNRELIABLE. Great work if you can get them to show up. Rocky made contact, set up appt, showed on time, gave me a price, and set a scheduled day of the week. Has yet to provide service on scheduled date. I have to repeatedly call to get him to show up. His team does great work so it's too bad Rocky's business practices are so horrible. This week I didn't even get a phone call. He was due Thursday. I said last week, it's ok if it has to move to Friday, just please call me. But, no phone call and no show on Friday either. He should have never offered to provide a service. HE COULD HAVE PROVIDED PROFESSIONAL COURTESY CALL. Spread the word!

I received a call from Rocky Davila shortly after I submitted my requirements. He came by and spent about an hour discussing my options and answered my questions and concerns. Rocky and crew are very professional. They completed the project in flying colors and all trimmings were removed from my yard as well as the neighbors. I would highly recommend Legacy and I will definitely have them back to do some landscaping requirements. Dennis E
