Work completed in 2025. Signed a contract with them and 9 months later they began work. Very little communication throughout the entire process. Extremely frustrating to deal with. Owner would show up randomly a handful of times over the several weeks it took to build project. Masonry crew left debris in yard. One day no one showed up to pick up junk and we were told all the work was completed. We were not given any final walk thru or any word they considered the job done, just silence until we received a bill for $10,000 more then we contracted. We were told they made changes to the design because it looked better. We never approved any change orders. Beware!!!

Totally a man of his word. Fair price. Finishes on time and a pleasure to do business with.

He tore down and existing home, built the retaining wall, expanded the building, built a boat dock and lift for us as well. He does a great job, he has a reliable crew including him, he works right along with them.

I highly recommend Lakeside construction. My project was quite complex and involved installing over 200 of culvert to fill a massive ravine then excavating along 230 of waterfront and building a 15 limestone block wall. Then bulkhead was installed along with a boathouse and a beach. The transformation of the property was unreal to witness. However, Jim was able to visualize the final product during our initial meeting. He has incredible creative vision and my project was an outstanding example of it.
