+ -1 moreSERVICE MEN CAME TO EVALUATE THE AMOUNT OF DIPPING PRESENT IN THE MATTRESS. THEY DETERMINED THAT THEY NEEDED TO REPLACE IT. WE WERE GIVEN THE OPTION OF SELECTING A DIFFERENT MATTRESS, AND IT WAS GRACIOUSLY REPLACED. ALSO, THE NEW MATTRESS WAS ON SALE AT THE TIME SO WE WERE GIVEN THE REFUND BY CHECK IN THE MAIL. YOU CAN'T ASK FOR MORE THAN THAT!
Description of Work: WHEN MOVING INTO OUR NEW HOME, WE PURCHASED A NEW KING SIZED MATTRESS AND BOX SPRING FROM LACK'S FURNITURE CO. DELIVERY WAS EXACTLY ON TIME. THE DELIVERY MEN WERE CLEAN AND FRIENDLY. AFTER ONLY A BRIEF TIME OF USE, THE MATTRESS SHOWED SIGNS OF DIPPING ON EACH SIDE. WE REPORTED IT TO LACK'S.
