SERVICE MEN CAME TO EVALUATE THE AMOUNT OF DIPPING PRESENT IN THE MATTRESS. THEY DETERMINED THAT THEY NEEDED TO REPLACE IT. WE WERE GIVEN THE OPTION OF SELECTING A DIFFERENT MATTRESS, AND IT WAS GRACIOUSLY REPLACED. ALSO, THE NEW MATTRESS WAS ON SALE AT THE TIME SO WE WERE GIVEN THE REFUND BY CHECK IN THE MAIL. YOU CAN'T ASK FOR MORE THAN THAT!
