We just bought our first and it came with alittle roof damage and our realtor pointed us to Klaus roofing and they did an amazing job. They quoted very fair number for minimal damage where other places quoted us 1,000-1,500. Josh was communicative and let us know when the staff would be out to fix it. Joe did a great job, was very friendly and was very efficient throughout the whole process. They happen to be neighbors of ours so it’s gives us piece of mind knowing he’s a quick call away for any weather damage. Highly recommend!!!

Josh and Joe performed exhaust vent work for all bathroom and shower vents including dryer vent. Previously all vents terminated in the attic...now they are properly ventilating to the exterior of home. They also replaced nail pops and any damaged shingles on the roof. The roof was inspected for further damages after all jobs were completed. Very pleased with their work. I will call theses fellas again if I need roof repairs or jobs. THANK YOU!!!

GRM made the whole process of replacing our roof super easy. They helped me navigate my insurance company, explained the differences in available shingles, and showed up and completed the work when they said they would. They let me know the premium upgrades that were available, like class 4 shingles that get us a huge reduction in insurance premiums and rain chains instead of down spouts, but there was no up-sale pressure at all. There were no surprises at the end of the project, just a beautiful roof and gutters. They even cleaned up after themselves. I haven't found a single nail or bit of trash! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

This GRM company was working in our neighborhood and Josh asked if we wanted a Free evaluation of our roof. Our roof is around 5 to 6 years old. Naturally, I expected Josh to say we needed a new roof. Instead, he said overall, the roof was in good shape and showed detailed pictures of minor issues (nails coming up)â ¦a couple torn shingles (I already knew about). He offered a drone sky view. Because of their honesty and professionalism, I asked for a proposal on gutters. The price to repair roof and install new gutters was very reasonable. They were quick to start and complete the job. They did not request payment until the job was complete. I am a small business owner & can not say enough good things about their professional work ethic and quality of the product they installed. I highly recommend this company.

If you are lucky to know Josh McCumber or one of the owners, you know you are working with the right people. Josh and his company are hard working and transparent with their cost and work performed. They take pictures before during and after. They even check in on you after a rain storm once damage is repaired. Honest people. Real results. Great work. You are doing yourself a disservice by not considering this group.
