It turned out very well. They were very reasonable in their pricing structure. They came in and were very efficient. They also cleared out all the trash. It was very much appreciated.

For the Feb 2011 work, I was unhappy with how the dishwasher looked when done as it was obviously out of alignment with my cabinets. You could see a gap that was larger at the top than the bottom. They explained this was due to my cabinets and I accepted it. The water softener looks... unprofessionally installed - with store purchased, cheap extension cord, for example. They fixed the washing machine drain leak but had to cut out a huge section of the wall and it again looked terrible when they were done. It was behind the washing machine so we didn't care much. We were struck by how bad it looked... The June 2011 work to do lots of little jobs was a disaster! I was very unhappy with the finished work because one faucet was off-center on the sink, the other had left over glue or caulk or whatever - it just looked bad. Also, our toilet continued to run and one tub continued to drip. A different person returned to fix the problems. I believe it was the owner, Keith. He was less than pleased and did not one time apologize. He left, the toilet still ran. Yes, folks. I called him back. Now this was a while back and I believe he was called back even one more time but my memory fails me. I know he had to return at least one more time and I am pretty sure the grand total was 4 visits to get that toilet to stop running. The best part, when it was fixed, he left without saying a word. I walked into the bath to see if it was fixed. Walked outside to see he was gone. Horrible experience. In fact, it was this experience that lead me to Angie's List. While I made it clear that I was extremely unhappy, I never treated him with the disrespect I was treated with. I believe he figured he had lost my business anyway so who cares. Thank you Angie's List and shame on you KC Plumbing.

They are really good. They are just excellent. They are very quick to respond. They do a very thorough job. If I'm not happy, they come right back. The overall work is great.
