The plumber took my call right away and followed up with an estimate for installing a new hot water heater. His prices were very reasonable and he explained the warranties and advantages of the energy efficient unit. The installation was scheduled as soon as a day was agreed on and the plumber was right on time. He worked very hard installing the water heater and did a real good job. He was professional acting, but friendly and polite. He cleaned up all the mess and left the room in spic and span condition.
