The plumber took my call right away and followed up with an estimate for installing a new hot water heater. His prices were very reasonable and he explained the warranties and advantages of the energy efficient unit. The installation was scheduled as soon as a day was agreed on and the plumber was right on time. He worked very hard installing the water heater and did a real good job. He was professional acting, but friendly and polite. He cleaned up all the mess and left the room in spic and span condition.
Description of Work: The plumber came to our house and installed a new hot water heater. He took out the old water heater and after installing the new one, he had to reroute the vent and secure it because the new water heater was gas. After all the lines and wires were hooked up, he checked it for any problems, which there weren't any and he hauled off the old water heater.
