The worker that came out was very professional, he was on time and obviously knew what he was doing. It was a very good value and I was very grateful

My A/C was 9 years old installed in2016 by a flip company. On Oct 22 the air blower motor siezed. I started calling my home warranty and 3 other A/C companies. 3 bids ranged from 28k to 15.5k. I contacted the last one Homefront Service. Owner Chris Stokes reviewed my system and history and agreed with me that replacing it was best. He gave me multiple options and I selected Carrier. The crew arrived at 8am 1 day later to install the new A/C system. They were wonderful! The team worked quickly and well together to remove old and install new. I am very happy with the whole process!! The technician spent time with me learning the new smart thermostat. I would give them 10 stars if the rating went above 5!! Homefront is definitely a top company in price and reliability!

Extremely prompt response. Very knowledgeable, comprehensive and competitive system packages. Contacted five companies for proposals to replace my heat pump system through Angi. Chris at HomeFront responded within minutes, on a Sunday! He and his installers were thorough, friendly, and professional throughout the process. I chose HomeFront, even over the AC company I had been with for over 25 years. Chris evaluation and assessment of my homes heating and cooling system was holistic, identifying some shortfalls in return air and ducting that were overlooked by my original company. These issues were also validated by two other company inputs, upon my inquiries. Not the lowest price, and not the highest price, but the best complete package among all considered proposals. I am extremely happy with my new Carrier system, the installation, and HomeFront. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC/Heat service and installation.

Great response and service

Thanks to HomeFront I was able to get my heating fixed just in time for the cold weather approaching. Trevor reached out to me and let me know a tech could arrive same day. HomeFront is a reliable, great priced, and overall well run company. They were able to schedule me next day to service both of my AC units. The technician, Zac, arrived on time and got to work. After he serviced the units, he was able to walk through everything that he saw, repaired/cleaned along with pictures. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips on how I can do some basic upkeep to help prevent down the line problems. 10/10 recommend.

Good service

The HomeFront Team are great! They gave me several options for replacing the whole AC system. I chose the top of the line and Roland and his team had it installed in about 6-7 hours. Love the new quiet, energy efficient system! They're also Mil/Vet friendly! I would highly recommend HomeFront to anyone.

Our AC went out yesterday and most companies were not going to be able to come out to diagnose the issue for at least 2-3 days with the first week of 100 days coming. HomeFront happened to have a tech nearby and within a few hours Zac had come, diagnosed and fixed the issue. They also followed up afterwards to make sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction which is an additional and personal step many companies do not do anymore. I will definitely keep them on hand for future issues!

This is a stellar five million star company! They did every thing they could to get us into a new system. They even did business with us here in North Austin and their company is in New Braunfels. Thanks guys your the best!
