Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. They had a difficult job to correct a lack of slope and drainage on a large back patio and meticulously measured and corrected the problem in a timely manner. Ashton even came out to meet with the company who was adding the Kool Deck finish to assure in the end it looked nice and functioned as it should when the previous company did little to nothing and many other companies had no idea what to do to correct the problem.

Highland Innovative Solutions was professional from the first step of meeting and liking the young man that came out to give me my quote, then fair negotiations, then the team showed up bright and early as scheduled and got to work all day and into the thunderstorms. Waited the storms out in their trucks and then once cleared that got out and finished smoothing out the concrete so it was perfect without debris or marks from the storm. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I also used them because I like to support local New Braunfels companies.

Michael was very profession and comes with 20 years plus experience! I’m just so impressed with his work, he showed up on time and completed the job in timeframe he gave me! I’ve already recommended him to two family members. Very satisfied with my patio slab!!

Michael did a small porch extension for me that started to crack within the first week after being poured. He tried to get out of saying he does not cover cracking and that I did not sign a contract. I have the signed contract saved on my computer and offered to let him see it. He was trying to get out of correcting his poor work. It took over a month to get him to come out and attempt to fix it. He put saw cuts in it to stop the cracking, which still cracked afterward but not much. He said he could put top fishing on it to cover up the saw cuts and the cracks. He eventually came out after a long back-and-forth pissing match. He said the top finish would be rock solid and would not crack, but yet I have many small cracks in the top finish. He then promised to come out and stain and seal that top coat due to the fact that it is starting to crack also. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to hear from him. Michael is one of the most unprofessional contractors I have ever met. His work is sloppy and his promises are weak. I would highly recommend staying clear of this contractor.

I worked with Monte and his crew. They came in a day and had the project done in 24 hours. We’re very pleased with the final result. We were away from home at the time so they had to do the project without much oversight and they did a great job. The job site was left a little messy but Monte came by the next day and rest everything right. Amazing work, amazing finished product. Very pleased.

Customer service is easy when things go well. It s when things don t go as planned and the company responds well is the mark of great customer service. There was a pretty major issue with the job but they corrected it and took care of us. We are very happy with the outcome.

Will be hiring Highland for the concrete work and I look forward to working with them.
