It went well. Been using their service for about 2 years for pest control and in between quarterly sprays, they come out and do small jobs for free, very friendly.

When a tenant moved out of my commercial warehouse building, I discovered it had numerous fire ant mounds around the interior edge of the building. I called Hi-Tech and they sent two technicians out who quickly took care of the problem. Several months later there has been no recurrence of the problem. I have hired them to do periodic treatments.

They're very good. I trust them. I've used them for several years. They do what they say they will.

The technician returned my call, followed up with an estimate for treatment of bugs. His prices were very reasonable and he explained the chemical solution and said it would not be harmful to us. The treatment was scheduled on the spot and the technician was ready to do the job. He did an excellent job, was friendly and polite and got rid of all the bugs.

Hi Tech uses a combination of traditional chemicals and ultra high frequency sound. It seems to have worked because we have not seen any insects since they did the job. They arrived on time and spent about one hour to complete the task. There was no lingering odor or mess to worry about. They did an excellent job and will be called again.
