USED THEIR ONLINE FORM THAT WORKED GREAT.  WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE AND INSPECTED A NEW HOME I WAS INTERESTED IN BUYING.  ALSO DID A RE-INSPECTION TO ENSURE EVERYTHING WAS FIXED PROPERLY.  THEY MADE IT EXTREMELY EASY.  PAID OVER THE PHONE, DIDN'T HAVE TO RE-ARRANGE MY SCHEDULE FOR ANYTHING.  THE INSPECTION REPORT WAS VERY EASY TO READ AND EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE.

A client of ours is purchasing this Post Office building.  Before the sale goes though he wanted to know future costs.  Hancock Inspections, went out there are away.  They did a though job of inspecting the building, plus sent pictures so show what needed to be down.  We very detailed.  Emailed the report within 1 day.  Would use again.  Arranged to have a termite inspection done at the same time for $125.00

Scheduling was super easy - appointment was made that fit MY schedule and needs. 

Wade arrived on time as promised.  After a brief conversation with him, it was evident that he was very knowledgeable and trustworthy.  Wade performed a very thorough inspection of the home inside and out and took time to point out the specifics to me.  Everything was explained in layman's terms and his communication skills are excellent. 

He took the time to express his concerns about the home as well as positives that I had not previously considered.  As promised, I received a very detailed and comprehensive report via e-mail the next day. 

At Wade's recommendation, I had additional tests completed which I would not have considered otherwise.  Thanks to his advice, we avoided a VERY costly mistake!

I was looking for a Home Inspector in a time crunch for a house we had a
contract on. Wade Hancock offered to come the same afternoon! His
wife Lisa set up the appointment and was so sweet and helpful. I was a
little nervous because she said he liked to go through on his own first
and do a methodical inspection and then let us know what he found. I
had always been right there along side previous inspectors as they went a
long. But he did exactly what she said he would do and after his
inspection spent plenty of time walking around showing my husband all
that he found and answering any questions he had. We felt he was very
good and will use his service again.

Mr. Wade Hancock was prompt and professional.  He submitted the full report within the promised time.
