After using several firms to nurse our air conditioning system back to health over several years, we chose Green Electric to install a completely new HVAC system when the time came to do so.  David and his staff did a wonderful job in coaching us through the process -- sizing the units; counselling us on the technology issues; then installing the perfect system in a timely manner.  They even allowed us to pay for the system over many months.  Green's service after the installation has always been prompt and comprehensive.  I would highly recommend Green for any HVAC work.  Their knowledge and integrity are unsurpassed in the New Braunfels area.

Green Electric provided one of the most thorough checks I have ever had done on my furnace. They called ahead of time before coming and did an excellent job of ensuring that the furnace was functioning properly. This is the first time that I've ever seen someone actually check the temperature coming out of the vents to ensure that the furnace was putting out heated air at a certain temperature. He did that for all the main ducts in the house.
When Luke was done, he also offered to check my air-conditioning to ensure that it was functioning properly (not Freon - that will be done in the Spring). This was done at no additional cost.
If you need your furnace or air-conditioning system checked or repaired, this company is one of the best.

Representative showed up on time, called to let us know when he was on his way and repaired everything in a very professional and timely manner all for a reasonable cost. $250 was a small price to pay for comfort in the Texas heat. Greatly appreciate their work and they are a locally owned and family operated business for many years which supports our local economy. 1

They gave us an estimate that was accurate. They came on the appointed day and worked all day to complete the job. It was done right when they left. We have also used them at our professional office.

They were fabulous and very knowledgeable with what they were doing. They gave recommendations on other things that were cost effective even though it wasn't what I originally called him for. It was a good experience. I thought it was a little pricey but I'm not sure how much things run anymore. I will use him again in the future.

They were here when they said they would be. They cleaned up after themselves. The system has performed just as promised. At 1 year, they made a call back and made a service check to inspect everything. It was awesome that they called me and I didn't have to call them. They technicians were very professional. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Very prompt, courteous and reasonably priced company. They do not do advertisement so word of mouth is how they obtain their work and I will say they do a great job.

Green Electric returned my call quickly and stopped by to look at my dishwasher that wasn't washing properly. Their prices were quite good and they explained what part needed to be replaced to make it wash properly. The repair was scheduled on the spot and the technician was well prepared. He did a great job, checked the dishwasher thoroughly and cleaned up any mess. He was polite and friendly and acted in a professional manner.

I have been using Green for over 30 years. I am happy I chose Green for this service, they did a good job. All of the vents are now working and I have not had any issues with them not working since Green came out to the home. The repairman was very well dressed. He was very nice and I thought he carried great professionalism along with him. I am pleased with everything. There was no mess left behind. I will hire them again if anything should happen to the plugs.
