Element failed Sunday night, called Green Appliance Monday morning and Brady had the service done by 11:00.  Very professional and checked to be sure all functioning properly.  Have used in the past and will continue to do so.

Appointment was scheduled late yesterday afternoon for 9a this morning.  Brady called at about 850 to confirm, and was here pretty much on time.  He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the appliance.  He had the needed parts on hand, and performed the repair in just about an hour.

Excellent! We called Chris Green to fix these two items. He told us where to order the part for the cooktop in order to get it cheaper. He then came promptly and replaced both items. He was very careful not to damage the cooktop. He took extra precautions. We have known Chris for many years and have called him on numerous applicance problems. If possible, he will help us fix the problem ourselves to spare us the expense of his coming out. He gave us advice over the phone on a refrigerator problem in the spring of 2010. With that we knew our refrigerator was not worth repairing, and we got a new one using his further advice on brands to avoid.

Chris Green showed up and went straight to work. He thought he knew what was wrong with the washing machine from my description of the problem over the phone. He had it fixed within 15 minutes and then proceeded to fix the burner. Chris Green has repaired our appliances for over 10 years. He knows more about appliances than anyone I've ever met. He is very honest and if the problem is a loose screw then that's what you pay for. He will also tell you if you are better off buying a new appliance than getting it fixed if it is a dud or an older appliance.

For a first time call, I had a great experience. The company was right on time. They were very well prepared. They knew exactly what they were doing. The washing machine was repaired in no time at all. I think it only took about 25 minutes. I thought that was excellent timing. I have never had a problem with the machine since they came and fixed it. The people were extremely nice and friendly. The guy talked a lot. I didn t mind.
