 + -1 moreWe did. Never heard back from them when they said. We finally got a partial email from them almost a week later. I asked them for a tree estimate, never came. The several phone numbers listed will pick up but you cannot leave a message because their voice box is full. I tried to call them several times over days and weeks, always got the voice box full message and a hang up. Whenever I initiated an email I NEVER got a response. They did send us a bill via email for the 17 additional pallets of grass we had to buy. They wanted their money. Never heard from them since even after more email inquiries. Use Milburgers or someone else. Stay clear of Green Acres in New Braunfels.
Description of Work: Provider was supposed to contact us numerous times with estimates for trees. Never happened. He provided us sod estimates but while on the phone the estimate had to be corrected. Does not have anything to look at, all ordered from a subcontractor. Unfortunately our builder is in a contract with them and they had to use their services. The landscape package that was provided was almost comical. We were provided supposed bushes but you have to look hard to see if anything is there. Trees are typical in a new build, small live oak. I would never buy a bush like the ones put into our package, they are feeble looking. As soon as we close, they will be ripped out and we will have to buy our own and put in. The VP of the Builder will know about this substandard service. Also, you cannot contact Green Acres. They do not respond unless they first contact you. They contacted us by phone and asked us to email them.
