We have had a repeated problem with earwigs and are still having problems getting that under control.

I have used them for about a year and a half.  If a scorpion gets in my house they always die.

I called the office around 9 a.m., Denise answered and scheduled the appointment promptly for 10 am that morning. She was very courteous, with good customer service skills. She told me the cost of the service call. The technician arrived promptly an hour later. Shawn was neatly dressed and professional. We discussed what the options were and how he might proceed. He was VERY knowledgeable about yellow jackets, wasps and bees. Although the company does not do bee removal they know someone who does. Turned out I had a nest of yellow jackets. So, Shawn suited up and was very attentive making sure he got the complete nest. He even pulled most of it out of the ground, and let me have it (!) while discussing the life cycle of yellow jackets. He really does love his job and it shows. Across the board, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, customer oriented and their rates are competitive with a company I used previously. Since they are local, I will definitely use again if needed.

The service went well. Unfortunately, we have dead bugs everywhere, but that demonstrates that the service worked. We now have Gold Star set up to treat the house and yard quarterly.

I know them because of my daughter, who sent her over here, and they do excellent service. They work for her. They are really good. Bugs are a big issue in this area normally, but my daughter does not have any issues with that since she started with them, so I called them in. They sprayed the in-house, they sprayed in the inside of the garage, they sprayed the attic, etc.

Great! They are friendly on the phone, always on time, and provide quick and easy service. Haven't seen a bug in my house since I started using them (with maybe the exception of a bee that followed me in!)

They are flexible and provide very prompt and very professional service. They are good when it comes to any questions or concerns that I may have.

I really like them. They charge per treatment. They always show up on time and are very accommodating if I have to reschedule. The technicians are clean and put on shoe covers; they don't leave any evidence that they have ever been there. I have always felt comfortable about having them in my house.

I like that the person they send is usually the same one. They are punctual, thorough, and professional.

They were extremely catering to fit us in quickly due to our rush for the guests coming and showed up exactly when promised with a very professional and prompt service reprsentative who completed all the work, fast, and efficiently. I have had several dealings with them since this appointment and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend this company.

They are prompt and clean and it works, we don't have any pest problems.

They are professional and the guys that comes out for us is very friendly and willing to answer our questions. We called because we saw some winged insects and we were worried they were termites, and they were able to come out pretty quickly to take a look.

They give competitive services. They offer their services at a great rate. They are very professional. They have always done good work.

Concluded no current activity of mice. Signs of mice probably left over from home construction period. No charge made for service call or house inspection. Will certainly call again for any pest control problems in future.

They ask what certain problems we are having. They treat those in addition to routine. They follow up with a detailed report of what they did. They advise of any activity they see. They go above and beyond. They are experts so they look for things I wouldn't look for.
