Anthony was best! He worked and worked until he finally got the clog removed and water running again! I will absolutely call this company again! It was a little costly because he was at my house for 3 hours. He fixed a toilet while waiting for acid to clear the clog, and didn't charge me extra.

Jacob, the owner is great, very knowledgeable, excellent responsiveness along with friendly and professional. He installed a new water heater, water line to icemaker, garbage disposal, unclogged a drain and misc. He charges a fair price, is very reasonable and does honest work. He did good work, showed up on time, called to let me know he was on his way. Very professional. My only complaint is the price. He charged me $750 for 2 hours work. There was some material involved. He provided a new garbage disposal flange, 2 shut off valves, drain assembly, basket strainer. I could have said no but would have been without water until the next day so I paid.

"I definitely understand how you feel and I try to explain everything up front. We were able to get to you same day when you called around 11 am and at that time you had explained most of what you needed done and at that time I told you it would be $500-600, when I arrived there was some extra parts that were permanently attached to the old sink and a few things that you wanted replaced that I had on the van. I was also able to alter the drain in a way there was no extra charge for lowering the drain, As well as rebuilding a valve for the dishwasher. After the work was complete I didn’t charge anything extra to assess the tub/shower valve that you wanted replaced because of water flow, I also honestly explained that you had a very nice valve setup but it wouldn’t get any better flow because of how they are made now. I explained the extra charges that you agreed too before the work was started, I gave you a one year warranty, and I also hauled off the old sink and countertop at no extra charge. We thank you very much for choosing us and hope we can still service your house and plumbing needs in the future."

Definitely hire Jacob! He was punctual and professional. Jacob walked through our house with my spouse to address every single repair/concern we had. Jacob knew exactly how to fix everything. We now have an excellent Rheem water heater (thank goodness!) and every single bathroom repair was fixed. Excellent water heater replacement. Super nice guy and very personable. He has over 20 years of experience with plumbing. He is now our guy for any future plumbing needs. Thanks for an excellent job! Definitely hire this company!!!!

Absolute quality work and professionalism. I learned a hard lesson when I hired the 1st plumber from Craigslist. Fast flow responded so quick I was shocked. I left an email around 10pm New Year's Eve. Because we had been left without water, he came out at 10am the next day, on New Year's Day and didn't price gouge me. His charge to get us up and running was absolutely reasonable. He was prepared, on time, professional, clean, and explained to us what he had to do and why. Fast Flow will now be our plumber of choice, even when we move to a new house in the next couple of months.

My kitchen faucet would not shut off and the under sink valve was stuck requiring I shut off the water. The company treated this as an emergency and gave a time the repairmen would arrive. I had option and the time to go and purchase a replacement faucet of my choice. The plumber arrived on time and quickly removed the old faucet and replaced it with a new one. Very efficient.

Cleaned clogs from pipes and fixed leaking plumbing beneath sink. #1 A real person answered the phone when I called. #2 The owner came out on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. As usual problems occur at the worst times. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and gave a quote upfront before starting work. Explained everything as he went along. Would give a A+++

Jacob with Fast Flow Plumbing & Drain does excellent work! I’ve had several different plumbing issues resolved by this company in the past. Jacob is very efficient and explains clearly how the issues have occurred and the process to resolve them. I will only use Fast Flow Plumbing & Drain in the future for all my plumbing needs!

Trying to be a “do it yourself” guy on a Sunday afternoon, I busted a pipe from the water meter. Had to shut off the water to our house. Called Fast Flow and he came right over and repaired it! Never had another problem. Fast response, professional, and reasonable. I highly recommend them.
