The experience was ok, little better than average I guess. I thought the service was very good. It just wasn’t as quite as timely as they had certainly suggested. It took a lot longer than I had expected. They are good with good quality.

They called us to tell us that they could install a very similar radio/CD player or the newest model for not much more money. We told them to put the newest one in and we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! They were finished when they promised and their work exceeded our expectations. We have great sound when we listen to the radio, CD's or watch a DVD. We also have more accessories where we can charge our iPods and iPhones and when we put our iPhone on speaker, it is on speaker throughout the vehicle.So cool!

In looking to find a business to install DVD players in our vehicle, we wanted to support/use a local business instead of big box type of store. When we stopped in to have the staff look at our vehicle and confirm the best configuiration for players, he was helpful and professional. Unfortunately the exact prices for materials needed was not available right away so we needed to wait the install could be priced out. A call back took a couple of days (which seemed odd to us) and we needed to think on it for about 3-4days to make sure it was the route we wanted to take. When we decided to go with the system, I called to back to reconfirm a few things and set up for the install but I never got a return phone call. So we decided to move onto a different local company. Although this maybe just a fluke, we believe that businesses pursue customers and not the other way around. Again, maybe a fluke but it caused a sense of unease, which led us to elsewhere.

I was driving past Elite Auto Sounds and decided to stop in because my speakers were blown in my new car. I have always wanted a full system in my car, but finances got in the way. As it turns out they offer financing & I was approved in just a few minutes. I dropped my car off the next afternoon and they called me when it was done later that evening. They even stayed after hours to finish it.
