They are very reliable. They are very quick and do the job right on schedule. The supervisor is making sure everything goes smoothly.

Deans crew arrived very early the first day, which was a good thing because it rained on and off throughout the whole job, causing a one and a half day job to be completed in three days. They kept the area as clean as possible, and removed all refuse when they were done. The new roof looks great and deals with storms better than the old one.

There were a total of twelve men to do the work, which made it rather loud. Their supervisor had to quiet them several times, but the job was finished in less than one and half days. The area was cleaned as well. The final product left something to be desired, however. The roof is not level in several spots, because the tarpaper was laid with folds in it. This creates uneven water drainage. It is not horrible, but definitely below average. It could have been done much better.

Dean returned my call quickly and came by to measure and give an estimate for a new roof. His prices were a little high, but he assured me they would do a good job and he had top quality roofing shingles. The roofing installation was scheduled as soon as the shingles were available, but the roofers were one week late getting started. They were very fast, but the shingles were uneven and didn't line up with the trim. They didn't clean up very good, because they left chunks of roofing and nails throughout the yard. I had to clean up the mess, and that makes me unhappy, so I wouldn't use them again.

Deans did a horrible job. After completing the roof, there were leaks beyond leaks on it. I called and called and never got anywhere. Besides this problem, the people were very nice. They looked as if they had known what they were doing. The price was really cheap. If only they could of done a better job. Hopefully, they will come and fix it soon. Then I can say some good about them maybe.
