I called on Thursday afternoon because we had discovered a pipe leaking underneath our home. Service was scheduled for first thing the following morning. They arrived on time, checked out the leak and presented us with the options for repair and replacement. They had the materials on hand and were able to take care of everything immediately. We thought the price was very fair, and they were very professional.

Jarod's willingness to respond after hours is very much appreciated, and the fact that he honored the Angie's List coupon was a bonus. This is a 2-story rental unit with college girls upstairs who didn't know what to look for or what to do, and we (the owners/landlords) live 2 hours away. Finding someone to go out 'today' instead of 'tomorrow' was key, and Jarod did just that.
He cleared the drain, diagnosed the failed float switch, sopped up standing water and even removed some soaked insulation (upon request) that would have continued draining into the already-damaged carpeting/flooring/ceiling.
(The float switch was not working to shut off the unit, which is disappointing as we had a local A/C guy install it when we bought the property last year. So now we have several hundreds of $$ worth of damage to sheetrock, flooring, insulation, and paint, and I'm not sure how we're going to deal with that issue - that the A/C guy's work failed.)

Jarod and Danny were very professional and friendly. They were very responsive and knowledgable. I was amazed that they got the old water heater down from the attic with no trouble, and then cleaned up very thoroughly after they were done. All other items installed are great. Cowboy Plumbing Services is now my go to plumber, and I'm going to have them install a water filter in the near future.

I am very impressed with Cowboy Plumbing Services. I give Jared my highest recommendation. He does a great job and is knowledgeable and trustworthy. His prices are excellent for the quality of work performed. I could have gone and bought the water heater myself and had a handyman put it in for a little less money. Using Jared I know it is done right and he takes care of all the details. His service is a very good value; just not the rock bottom cheapest you could get it done which is why I put a B. Do not hesitate to use Cowboy Plumbing.

We decided to get a water softener installed. One plumber came and looked and said he didn't have the right tools for our pipes. Another one said he would get to us when he could. My husband called Cowboy Plumbing and spoke to Jared. He came and looked at everything that evening and the next morning he was here to install it. He installed everything and explained things about the water softener to us. While he was here, my neighbor across the street called to see if he could come over and put some salt in her water softener. He also did that for her.
He had completed all the work before noon and we felt his price was very reasonable. He did a fantastic job and we will definitely call him again if we need more work done.

We had 2 separate issues: a water heater that needed replacing and a leaking faucet. Jarod of Cowboy Plumbing came and gave us an excellent quote. We hired him and we're so glad we did! Root cause was difficult to diagnose - symptoms were flooding behind dishwasher, but nothing was wrong with dishwasher hoses or connections. When wall section behind sink was removed, found the plumbing contractor has neglected to install the air admittance device (island prevented a soil stack) and simply left the top of the drain completely, open inside the wall. When the drain stopped-up, the drain overflowed into the wall cavity, eventually melting the wallboard at the bottom, and flowing behind the cabinet and escaping underneath the dishwasher.
Genesis Homes chose a poor (but cheap) plumbing contractor for this house, as this is the second major repair required due to shoddy plumbing work. The first was neglecting to clamp a water pipe onto a manifold, causing mold and wall damage to an exterior wall and two interior bathrooms. That fix was over $12,000 - at least this fix was only $1200.

I had planned to call Jarod to install the hose but when it came I gave it a go figuring that if I messed it up, Jarod is nearby. I managed to install it successfully without causing any problems. I contacted Jarod to at least pay him for his service call since he did come by the house, check things out and tell me what part I needed. He told me to just remember him next time I need to call a plumber. I certainly will.

My sister's plumbing was plugged up. Had a previous plumber out and he never could solve the problem so I called Cowboy Plumber and Jarod came out the next day and determined the problem. We had a root growing in the line close to the septic tank. With his nifty camera, he was actually able to show me the problem!! There was also some other issues with faulty pipes, etc that needed replacement. He had a pretty full schedule and didn't think he would be able to do the job until the end of the week, but had a cancelation and got right on it 3 days early which was great! He finished the project up way ahead of the projected time, so the charge was a lot less than anticipated! He is cheerful, professional, honest, punctual and his prices are very fair! I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Evaluated what was wrong and then took the tank off for further evaluation. He determined what parts were needed. He had to go get the right parts for the tank. He worked on some of the other parts in the tank. After putting it back together he checked and made sure that there were no leaks. All together he was there for about an hour. Have not had any problems since.
