Great service, friendly techs, highly skilled, love Cowboy Plumbing.

They were able to find the leak quickly and route new pex through the attic. While they were here I had them replace shutoffs to all sinks and toilets in the house.

Drain had a very hard partial plug about 10 feet into the drain pipe. Plumber worked the electrical drain snake until drain was completely open. This drain has been better than when the house was new.

I got to tell you that I was ecstatic when I found Cowboys with their terrific ratings. So, I called and spoke with Jarod. It was Randolph who showed up exactly on time. He checked all the toilets and repaired the two requiring attention. One had needed attention for some time. He was professional, pleasant and efficient. On a side note, I had hired another plumbing company (Bracken Plumbing) to come and fix a faucet handle in our master bath ... they charged too much money and never fixed the problem properly, so I had to crawl under the sink, re-diagnose the problem and fix it myself (it now works better than ever!! Kudos to me!). Now, back to Cowboys ... if I ever have another problem (which I probably will), they will be first and only company I'll call ... they were that good. There's only the two Cowboys (Jarod and Randolph) so quality control isn't an issue, which is why they receive superior ratings. These other companies hire anyone, don't supervise them and frankly, don't care. I was happy to pay Randolph and now my toilets, including the one that I struggled with for so long (now, why did I do that?) work perfectly ... Yea!!! So, if you're reading this and have a plumbing problem, do what I did ... call the Cowboys!!!

Jared came and fixed the main valve. He had to dig a huge hole to fix it. He took pictures and that helped me to get money back from the water company. He did an excellent job and is very professional.

Was previously quoted $900+ from another plumber who said it would be a major job. Jerod and Justin came out, took a look and determined that at this time washers needed to be replaced. However, in future it might come down to changing cartridge in faucet handle - or upgrading fixtures. Regardless, Jerod saw what needed to be done and didn't try to oversell. Small price for a great job. I'd hire them again to do the upgrade when the time comes.

They came over and did a good job on my drain. It was a great job. They were right here. They are right here in our neighborhood. He had to stay late to get it done but he came when I wanted him to.

Fine. They were prompt, professional and competent.

The problem was repaired! Jared and Randolph are the only plumbers I will allow in my home.

After calling the owner on Sunday morning, a tech was out within a couple.hours. We found the main issue in the septic tank, but he suspected.more. Randolph tried running the mainline from a couple points and eventually flund roots in the line. Most wasnclearwd immediately and advised me on how to affect a long term fix.

It went great! We called them and set the appointment for the next morning at 9:30 a.m., he showed up at 9:30 a.m. on the dot! Jared evaluated the problem and gave me an estimate before any work was done. The work was done in a timely and professional manner, in fact the area looked better when he finished. He was able to find a hole cover we could not find.

The initial contact was slow, only because Jarod was out of town when first called. He did return the call when he got back in town and he came out promptly the next day and completed the repairs I needed. Very nice guy, totally professional. I will use his services again.

They were on time, clean cut and friendly.  They found the issues right away and were able to fix them.

I was very pleased with their service. They had to cut a few holes but they were able to figure out the least amount of damage to the sheet rock.

The project went very well. Jared and Danny removed the old toilets and hauled them away. The new toilets went in. Jared and Danny both checked and recheck and checked AGAIN to ensure the toilets were sealed, not leaking, and worked as they should. Our outside faucets were replaced. One leaked, the other sprayed out everywhere when it was shut off. They both work perfectly now. As for the shower head, Jared pointed out to me that it was a different brand than our other fixtures, so the color was not a match. Ugh! I chose not to have it installed, after all. 
Plumbers have a messy job. Jared and Danny were very neat and hauled away EVERYTHING, even the boxes the new toilets, tanks and seats came in. They made sure everything was neat and clean, no water anywhere. They were quick and expert at the installation. I like the fact that they triple-checked their work to be sure that when they left, all was in good working order. 
Jared had scheduled the job for another day, but an emergency came up. He contacted me early the morning of our appointment to say he had an emergency, and would call me in a couple of hours with an update. And he did! He called me back to say it was a slab leak, and to ask if we could reschedule my work for the following day. I agreed. The next day, he had a small job to do prior to mine, then headed over and got it all done.He also brought another plumber to ensure that the work would be done as quickly as possible.  I was very pleased that Jared contacted me several times to let me know what was happening and when he would arrive. 
Very satisfied with the work done, the cost, and the professionalism.

This is a continuation of the review we wrote for the services provided on the 3/25 toilet tank repair. We had a follow up issue with the tank and they came out, assessed the issue and did a fix free of charge AND in a friendly manner.  I don't see how you can go wrong with having these people fix your plumbing issues.

There were three people who came out to do the install.  It took them about 30 to 40 minutes.  They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

He was amazing.  He came precisely when promised and was out of the house in less than an hour and a great price for the service provided.  I would HIGHLY recommend them!

During the busy holiday season we needed a plumber rather quickly. Three businesses we called didn't even return our calls. Jarod at Cowboy Plumbing did return the call and even though they were incredibly busy, they fit us in their schedule and had the work done within two days. After having at least three different plumbers out since the purchase of our home, we have finally found "our" plumber. They were prompt, professional, and most important, HONEST. They did the work for less than what they quoted us. We have their number programmed in our phone! Thanks Jarod and Danny....
