Concept Homes

Jeff sat with us and asked pertinent questions about what we wanted to accomplish with an addition to our 1951 home. He came up with a floorplan that exceeded our expectations. We wanted a larger, more functional kitchen...a master bedroom...master bath and walk-in closet. He came back with a plan to do just that and also was able to fit in a Powder Room for us. We went from a 2 bedroom/1 bath to a 3 bedroom/ 2 1/2 baths. It was also very important that the addition looked like it was part of the original house. I wanted as much natural light as possible too. He made sure I had the biggest windows I could have for my kitchen. Jeff also worked with us so we were able to choose what we wanted to do ourselves. We tiled and painted the interior of the addition ourselves, we like doing that :) As far as the footprint of our addition, he made sure that the huge Pecan tree in our sideyard and the Magnolia's by the back of the house were incorporated into the total design, again making the addition seem like it had been there forever. My husband and I are still so happy with the addition to our home....and it's been over a year since we finished this project. We would love to work with Jeff of Concept Homes again...looking for that next project :)
