I own three vehicles and I go in to see them a lot. The rates are reasonable and they do exactly what I need. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy. They are fabulous!!

I haven't gotten my car back so I can't answer many of these questions but I have used them in the past and I have always been very satisfied with their service. That is why I keep taking my car there. They are reliable, pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable. I have taken my car a few times, they look at it or repair it without charging me.

It went out, he said I did something to it. I had someone else replace the fuel pump for the fourth time, and he said the nuts on the fuel tank had the original paint on them, and had never been removed. The tank had to be removed to replace the fuel pump, so clearly Mr. Clark was ripping me off! He said he had replaced it 3 times at over $500 per time in 5 years! He is a liar and a fraud and will steal your money. He got combative with me, amde many wild accusations about how old the vehicle was, and what bad shape it was in. The bad shape was due to his neglience in putting in the battery wrong when it died form his pack of repaiurs. He had it for months, and did not fix it despite the many times I called and asked for it, and stopped in and asked about it. When I threatened to sue, he claims to have sold the business to his son in law or someone else. It is just a shell game. Do not trust these folks. They have done this to others I have heard. Fuel pumps have a life of about 100,000 miles, so this was ridiculous.
Response from Clark’s Auto Service

"Clarks Auto Service has no record of this member or of performing any of the work described. Our computer records go back to 2008, and I noticed the date of repair is listed as 2006. The customer to date has not contacted us regarding the issue, so we are unsure if we repaired the vehicle or were involved in the repair before 2008. We warranty all our service and parts for a minimum of 12 months, 12,000 miles, and would have happily addressed the customers concerns. I understand the customer’s frustration with repeated repairs. Clarks makes every effort to repair every vehicle right the first time. We freely admit that quality parts occasionally fail, and mistakes sometimes happen, which is why we provide a written warranty on all repairs. Again, we have no record of the member or the vehicle in question and have received no communication from the customer. Clarks Auto Service is committed to providing quality service and parts to our customers, and as such is always willing to cheerfully warranty all parts and labor for the full 12 months or 12,000 miles. We even have a program to warranty parts and labor nationwide if necessary. We still stand ready to assist in this matter in any way we can. Please feel free to call us at 830-625-1172, or email at [email protected]."

They do it very quickly. I had no trouble getting in. They tell me when to come in, I come in, they take it right away, they are done in half an hour, it's always done well, and I have all three cars go there. I think their whole attitude it good, they want to be a friendly company. They bend over backwards for you. During the owners lunch break he took apart my daughters door. They do everything and do it well. They are good people and very trustworthy.

They can handle practically anything. They are pretty quick about getting the work done. They are pretty reasonable too. I've used them for years. Mr Clark sold the company when he retired and the new owners have kept up the level of service.
