The process was painless for me. I met with Adam, picked the wood, picked the finish and he got started. He came up with so many ideas for my space. He gave me options for spaces I didn't know existed. I have so much more space now. I can actually store ALL of my gadgets in the cabinets instead of the pantry. My laundry room is amazing and my living room has this amazing entertainment center that my husband doesnt even want to leave to take a nap for. It is so cozy and comfortable.
