I find that a company that does not get back to a potential customer when they say they will is unprofessional. I find that a company that does not return calls is unprofessional. I find that a company that NEVER personally answers their phone to be unapproachable and in no way customer friendly. I have given up on them and will find someone else to do the work. They lost me as a potential customer forever.

The Busy Bee roofers were on time and they did a good, efficient job. The shingles are called Timberline, with a twenty- five year warranty. It s a good roof and the roofers cleaned up all the mess.

I am always satisfied with Busy Bee. I never complain of any of their work. They are always on time. They always clean up after them selves. They always do an excellent job. I always call them first to see if they can perform a type of service for me because I know they will do it right. They did an excellent job ripping up the carpet. There was not one piece left behind. It looks great. The walls look awesome. The wallpaper was put on so easily. I could have never done that. It is not even peeling or anything. I cannot remember a price because they have done so many things for me. It is hard to pinpoint one thing.

Reno returned my call quickly and came by to give an estimate for installing a new roof. His prices were very good, although our homeowners insurance paid for it, because of a storm that damaged the roof. He measured the roof and showed us samples of different roofing shingles. He was able to explain their work guarantee along with the warranty of the shingles. They did a very good job, were fast and efficient and cleaned up all their mess.

There were four roofers, all of them were well behaved, and did their best to keep the yard free of refuse. They even built a makeshift slide, so all garbage would go directly to the dumpster.
