Even though there was more work than expected and it took quite a bit longer to finish, Britt kept to his original bid and the crew did a fantastic job!

Britt is great to work with. He had his crew come out to do above work. Appreciate that he called 2 days ahead of time to make sure we expected them. Arrived on time and completed work to my satisfaction. I used Britt about a year ago to clean out our courtyard and put down mulch. I intend to use him again in the future.

Britt was extremely professional, took time to answer questions, and responded immediately to my request for a bid. He offered great advice for general lawn maintenance. We have not scheduled anything yet but when we have decided exactly how we want the area behind the backyard cleared, we will use him.

We met with Britt Brownlee, the owner, to discuss what needed to be done.  After walking the area, he said he would get a proposal to us via email the next day, and lo and behold, we actually did get that proposal the next day, which totally amazed us because our experiences with contractors has been that they never get back to us, so we were very pleased.  He detailed what he planned to do and gave us a price, which was very reasonable, so we hired him.  On the day scheduled to begin work, he and 2 of his employees showed up ON TIME!!!! and Britt went over with us again what his plan was for the day and then they immediately went to work.  They weeded the entire back end of the property, cleared out dead branches, an area that was totally congested with vines and dead tree branches and then Britt came in with his heavy equipment and proceeded to dig up as much rock as he was able and moved the rock to the back part of the property and lined it up all along the bottom of the fence, as we requested.  He also formed  up, for my husband and at no extra charge, a large vegetable garden with some of the larger rock, which was not even part of the proposed work.  Britt was a great guy to work with, listened to our needs and got the work done quickly.

Britt made sure it was done right. Great communication and was completely satisfied.

Britt & crew arrived on time, and immediately got to work.  They were quick and efficient, including cutting up larger branches. When all was said and done, the crew further "walked the area" to remove small branches and large twigs.  Britt would not leave without asking my opinion; whether I was pleased with their work.  I was delighted!  Had there been any question, I am confident they would have resolved it "on the spot".  When BrittCo Land Clearing departed, the space looked just as it did before any pile existed.  I can mow freely and without fear.  WELL DONE!

Britt was great to work with.  He and his workers were punctual.  He listened to what we wanted done and made good suggestions when we needed some.    They cleaned out dried leaves, monkey grass, old shrubs, etc.   Then they laid mesh and mulch  down where we will plant new shrubs.   Our courtyard looks very nice now.  We intend to use Britt in the future.  He was very responsive ...the other company I called for an estimate did not respond.

Britt is a great guy to deal with. Honest and hard working. His crew worked very hard and they all were very neat and cleaned up as they went along. We had some changes and Britt was just a trooper and made the changes. He spent hours looking for the best deals on the plants we wanted and when he found a better deal on another plant he would call and ask if that would be something we would consider. We will definitely use him again next spring. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Great guy. Very prompt and informative and cooperative. Would use again in the future. Didn't actually use him for the work but would if circumstances were different.

Very professional and courteous. Anxious to please. He also got his to some small outdoor painting for me. He and his crew of two were hard workers. He had estimated four days, but it took an extra 1/2 day. I offered to pay more, but he would not take it. He earned my trust and respect.

Britt and his crew spent two days clearing with chainsaws and a bobcat. They were on-time and on-budget. Even left me a stack of firewood as I had requested. Great job.

Mow and trim office building. Always punctual, and does a terrific job. Cleans out flower beds and points out problems such as obscure sprinkler leak. Recommended sprinkler company to repair, and they were great too.

A wonderful experience - prompt and knowledgable. We discussed several options during the initial visit, as we have a rocky back yard. We agreed upon a plan and were scheduled in a couple of weeks. The work was just what I was looking for and was followed up by several phone calls to make sure it was done in the way that I wanted. The price was very reasonable.
