Charged exactly what the estimate was, arrived when he said he would, cleaned up after himself. All in all, it was a very good experience.

I had Bravo Roofing come out because I had a leak. They gave me an estimate on repairing the leak and an estimate on replacing the composition roof with a new one and a separate estimate on replacing it with a steel roof. I opted for the steel roof. They did an excellent job --- completely stripped the old roof and underlying felt off, repaired areas of the decking that were rotted, and replaced all the flashing. I am well-pleased with the work they did. I had used Bravo to replace a roof on another house I owned about 5 yrs ago and never had any problems with it all. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous.

The work was completed on time and met our requirements. We had one problem with communication issues with the roofing workers. We contacted Bravo and they sent the foreman who did the estimate and the owner's Son to resolve the issue. Since another tropical depression was headed our way, they worked their tales off to get the roof completed prior to the forthcoming rains. Our overall satisfaction with Bravo Roofing and Construcftion is A+.

Bravo does quality work and I use them often. They are very friendly, helpful, the men work quickly, and they clean up well after the job was done. What I really like most is if you should need them to come back, they always come out quickly and without complaint.

What an ordeal. At first things seemed to go well. They are the only company left in New Braunfels that will touch a tar and gravel roof. I thought mine could be repaired, but it turns out I had a big carpenter ant problem, so my roof had to be replaced. They gave me an estimate, and shingles to look at, and set up a date. At the time, I was in the process of moving out and turning my property over to a property management company. The property management representative in charge of my house asked them to come by to look at the inside, so they would have an idea of what they were dealing with. They said they did not need to do that. They started work on the day they said they would. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up very well. The roof looks great. However, they pounded all the nails through the shingles and through my ceiling. They didn't realize their mistake until they were almost finished. By then, it was too late. I'm running out of room to tell the rest.

Bravo Roofing is a pretty good company and the roofer did a good job. I was very satisfied and the prices were OK. He cleaned up any mess and was a friendly sort of guy. He was on time, got the job done fast and seemed to know what he was doing.

Bravo Roofing returned my call right away and stopped by to give an estimate for a new roof. Their prices were quite reasonable and they explained the warranty of the shingles and the different grades. The roof installation was scheduled as soon as the shingles were available and the roofers were right on time. They unloaded the new shingles and other tools and got right to work. They did an excellent job, got it done fast and left the yard in tiptop shape.
