Oil change. There was nothing said. I just picked it up. Yes, I would use them again.

First took it to a repair shop in Seguin. They kept it all day and couldn't figure out the problem. Recommended a Ford service dept. Contacted a Ford dealership in Seguin - wanted us to schedule an appointment for eight days later! Called Bluebonnet Motors in New Braunfels, and Bill Ferris in service said bring it right in. They figured out the problem, had to order the part (my truck is a 1999 model), called me and gave me a quote. They stuck by their quote, even though they found something else wrong and fixed it too. I highly recommend this service department.

Everything was fine. No details to talk about since only oil change and tire rotation.

I was very disappointed with Bluebonnet Motors. This is the second time I've taken my vehicle in, that they told me the waiting time would be about an hour and it was closer to two hours. For an oil change and state inspection, that's a little much. So, they tend to underestimate their waiting times. Had I know it would be that long, I would have had my husband follow me, take me home and they'd we'd go back. They have a really, really nice waiting room, with lots of drink options and donuts and television.

I bought a 2013 F150 from them after the usual irritating dealer haggling. It didn't come with the mats promised. Three weeks later, I'm still waiting for them. There is also a console piece they're supposed to replace because it had pen marks on it. The salesmen ordered them, but neither was the right part when I left work earlier to get them fixed at the dealer. Neither the service advisor or salesman has returned my calls/emails. The 'make ready' on the vehicle was okay - there was a significant scuff on the side of the vehicle and tape on the back window. Like the other commentator, the salesman 'forgot' and accidentally kept my second set of keys, although he did finally mail them to me after not being there when I came by to pick them up as promised. I never had these kinds of problems when I bought my Hyundai. I would probably not use this dealership again.

Although we didn't agree on a price and I did not purchase another vehicle from them, Bluebonnet and Brad Traster were consistently polite and professional. I CONTINUE TO HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!

They advertise one price but the had add ons that were not part of what was advertised. When they delivered the car they delivered it without the second key. I had to pay to have a new key and key pad made. They didn't tell me this until they delivered the car. They charged me $200 to prepare the car prior to delivery as well.

They do a good job.
