Recently we noticed a small water leak in the master bathroom shower. We called Blue Collar on a Friday PM and they came out Saturday morning. They located the problem, fixed it, and when I asked what I owed, the owner, Mark said nothing. I stand behind my work.

Tell me the last time one of your contractors has fixed something that broke three years after it was completed and did it for free .......I bet not very many.

The plumber who did the work took over two weeks to even start the job, and then he was late for the third appointment he had set. The job itself was not done in a very professional manner, either. The hardware he used was cheap and not what we wanted. He also told me he had quoted a price to my husband, which he had not. I do not believe he did any of this out of malice. He just was not very conscientious about it. It was a disappointing episode.

The plumber quickly returned my call, followed up immediately with an estimate for installing plumbing and fixtures in my shop. His prices were very good and he explained his work guarantee and the advantages of the better fixtures. The installation was scheduled as soon as we agreed on a day, and the plumber was right on time. He did a lot of work, he was very polite, professional and he did a great job. He cleaned up all the mess and left the shop clean as a pen.
