Allan Barton took almost $2000 from my 80 year old mother -whom he met personally and never even started the work. When we requested that he refund the money, he said that his company would refund it. He kept the money and now has avoided all attempts to contact them. Allan Barton & his company are shady and not to be trusted. I am seeking legal representation against them.
