Furniture - Sales
Ashley's Outlet Delivery service is horrible! Unreliable, Late, no updates from them on time frames promised, etc. Plus they damaged my furniture and did not inform me of it. Nor did they reimburse me to get it repaired. I am out $650.00 for the repairs, and refused to pay my claim to them for it. they would not allow me to speak to an upper level manager about my concerns either.I will never do business with them again.
