Brian did a fantastic job!  He arrived when he said he would.  The job, which we are still pleased with today, was completed when he said it would be.  The job site was left clean.  Brian was very easy to work with and provided us with all of the information that we needed.  We will definitely use Artistic Impressions again, should the need arise.

I didn't use them. They quoted me roughly about $5,000 for the whole job. It was okay. It was more on the phone, I called them and they followed through. They gave an idea of what the cost would be. They seem like they have a good resume of customers and things they've done. It's worth giving them a call. It can't comment on the work because none was done.

You did call us and ask if we would do that type of work on your home, in which we dud state it was too small and you discussed adding your patios. At that moment we lost connection and i immediately called you back and left a message. Again we apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience the disruption in the phone may have made on you. Please know that all contractors reserve the right to accept or deny service for a multitude of reasons but that in no way merits your rating of a "D" but thanks anyways."

They came out at the prompt appointment time to provide us an estimate to include pouring new concrete to meet our needs. They brought out their concrete guy and we made the necessary measurements and talked through available options and best courses of action. I really like their approach in working with my wife and I as we discussed options to maximize our walkway and patio areas. Although we did not go forward with their services due to competing, higher priority projects at home, we will surely keep them in mind when we chose to expand the areas to include staining the concrete.

In the spring of 2011, Brian and his crew came to my building to color dye and seal our sidewalks. The sidewalks had been previously stained and needed touching up. Also, epoxy work was done on the lettering to the entrance of the building. Due to a manufacturer's defect of the product that was used to seal the sidewalks, bubbling appeared on the sidewalks because of the heat. When we called Brian, he mentioned another client had the same problem with the product. It was agreed to wait until the temperature cooled down to re-seal the sidewalks. I am happy to say Brian warrantied his work and came out the following year to re-seal the sidewalks free of charge. I get many compliments on the sidewalks and would recommend Brian to other people who are looking for someone to stain their concrete.

Everything looks terrific! I would highly recommend Brian and his crew to anyone...and I plan to use them in the near future to install the same terrific garage floor coating in my next home!

The crew was polite, professional and friendly, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Excellent work overall...absolutely terrific experience.
