Amish Oak in Texas LLC

Fantastic quality furniture. Arrived when promised. We picked up and they were so helpful packing them in our truck.

My Fiance and I purchased a bedroom set from the New Braunfels location in late may of 2013. The quality of the furniture is great and we love the set. The delivery went smoothly and without a hitch. It's a little pricey, but the quality of the furniture is amazing. Overall a great experience and I plan on going there in the future.

On March 21, 2010 I placed an order with Amish Oak in Texas. I chose them because I was tired of the poor quality furniture I was seeing in other places and because I was having difficulty finding exactly what I wanted. Their store is loaded with highest quality furniture at fair prices (considering what you are getting). I was assisted through the ordering process by Steve. He knew what he was doing and was very professional, but at the same time he was friendly and didn't make me feel that I was taking up too much of his time. He told me that it usually takes 8 - 10 weeks to get the furniture back from the builders (most of them in the Midwest I think). He also warned me that if there is a back up in order fulfillment it might take longer. Although I hoped to get it sooner, I didn't mind waiting because this is heirloom quality furniture. I had planned a family reunion at my house the first weekend in June and had really hoped to have the furniture by then. I called the store to check on the progress and spoke with the store owner. As luck would have it, the pieces were not quite finished. I had just moved into a new home and didn't have much in the way of furniture so I was in panic mode. I mentioned my problem to the store owner not really expecting anything by doing so, just mainly giving him the reason for my call. He very kindly offered to see if he had anything in the back that I could use temporarily so that my house wouldn't be empty. He had a few things in the warehouse and had Steve and another young man deliver them to my house before they went to work one morning. I had a few much-needed pieces of furniture for my family reunion. Not only that, they let me use it until they delivered the new furniture on July 1st. This wasn't junk furniture! It was brand new, solid hardwood furniture. My new furniture was delivered and set up by Steve and the same young man who came with him the first time. I should note here that I liked getting to deal with the same folks all the time because I didn't have to explain my situation every time I called. The furniture is absolutely everything I wanted and more. The quality is unbelievable and I show it off every chance I get. I won't buy furniture anywhere else, ever! I tell everyone I know about Amish Oak in Texas and I truly hope they never change.
