The best part about the experience would be that the price was reasonable and I think that the product makes a difference. The worst part about it is that there were two other windows that I wanted done after I got the other ones up because I liked them so much and I have had a hard time trying to get him back out here. We have played phone tag and he was having a hard time returning my call. He has gotten the screens made for my two windows but it is starting to be ashore to get him to come back out here again. With the exception of him not getting back to me, everything else was perfect. I would use him again in the future if I get a hold of him. If he will return my call, I want him to hang the screens up so I probably would use him again.

I received a total cost which was within a range I expected it to be, and the solar screens were installed the following week on 6/16/2011. Mr. Alves was very knowledgeable and helpful answering my questions. He made 9 screens of normal dimensions and two narrower ones of the same height.
