All American Garage Door

Jan 15, 2014 - Ray repaired a broken 2-door garage door ( the cable had to be replaced). During the repair, Ray noted that the opener was older in-expensive model that needed to be replaced, as well as the shaft, and the door too, needed to be replaced at some time in near future.  He provided a written quote for $480, discounted from approx. $680 because of the adjustment work that he completed on same day.  The quote was good for 90 days.
Mar. 3, 2014, I contacted Ray about beginning the job, & asked for him to discuss why the door needed to be replaced.  On 03/05, Ray dropped by, re-looked at the job; the door did not need to be replaced (now it was a good door), however, the new and improved Verbal estimate was $680.  Ray explained that he needed approx. $200 for his profit.  Ray will drop off written quote later on eve. of 03/05.

Came out within an hour of our call for service. Had to order part. Fixed door within a couple of days!

We called for an emergency fix as our door wouldn't close. it was lopsided. he was at our house two hours later. He fixed the cable, bent the track back onto place and balanced the door. He could of said we needed new hardware, door, ect... But he did us right. Very honest. We are contractors also in other fields. Very impressed.

The work was quick and professional. Brandon explained what he was doing and why. He gave me advice on how to lubricate the rollers and pulleys to get a few more years from our doors. I'll be calling him when that equipment finally needs to be replaced.

The Garage door is perfect. Everything looks good. I did have them come back and repair a spring for me; it really was not a big deal. Their services are really great. They are a really respected company within my area. The employees are very courteous. They tend to respond to your phone call very quickly. A lot of times you will receive an answering machine when calling them; but, they do call you back the same day. As far as pricing, the repair for the spring was free. I had the garage door installed under warranty. The pricing for the installation itself was rather cheap.

The technicians made two trips, the first was to take measurements, and survey the situation. The second time they arrived at the specified time, and made quick work of the task. They were nice men who had been doing this for years, which made the project go very smooth. The job was finished in about two and half hours, and the new door works perfectly.
