ADVANTAGE COMPUTERS

I feel that Advantage did an o.k. job. They didn t talk or explain things very well. The computer is connected the right way. It is working properly. I just did not feel very comfortable having them here. If they would have talked more, I probably would have felt more comfortable. You can take your computer to them and have it repaired. I would much rather they come to my home because I do not trust my computers out of my sight. I can say that I am pleased with the work, but a little disappointed with the courtesy.

Well, the computer is fine now. It turned out that the system just needed a little cleaning. Thank goodness. It was nothing really major and I did not have to pay this big huge price. I am pleased with the work completed. It still is a little slow but I guess that s what you get for using dial up. I thought the guy was a genius. He whipped through the programs so fast. I didn't know what was going on. He did show me a few things I found to be of interest. I know they charge about $50 an hour. He was not here that long though.

The computer was supposed to be fixed in two days, and they had it for almost two weeks. They called us on two different occasions for permission to do further repairs. The people were very polite, and made many promises, but in the end, we had to pay four times as much as they quoted us originally. Even worse, is the fact that the repairs did not work. We ended up buying another computer before taking it back to Advantage.
