Technician said that main board (control board) in my heat pump was
defective, and it was under warranty, but the labor would be $425.00
because they had to drive to the other side of town to get the part. I
declined that offer. So I had another company diagnose the same problem
the same day.
They diagnosed the problem to be a "start capacitor"
which is very common to fail, and that fixed the problem. The total
coast was $216.00

They would not do anything to make it wright. I payed dearly for their performance. Please do yourself a favor and use another co.
