A COMPLETE REMODELING

Called Ronnie Long for an estimate. He showed up on time. The quote was nearly double what I paid for the work hiring sub-contractor myself.

Ronnie signed a contract that he would perform all of the work listed. The contract stated he would begin work on 6/27 & finish the work no later than 7/19. He began work on time. The job began ok, but as work progressed it became obvious that his work was substandard at best. Paint was peeling everywhere, wood floors installed wrong plus much more. We didn't say much as we wanted to see how the finished project would look. His completion date came & went. He was not close to finishing the house and he didn't seem to care. The price to paint the house included him buying all the paint. At one point he gave us a receipt for extra materials he had to buy. We looked over it and saw a charge of $130 for paint(and food!). We questioned him & he got angry and told us we were nickel & diming him! On 8/3 he quit the job. We had to pay another contractor thousands to redo his bad work and finish what he never did. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. He can't be trusted & his work is bad.
